Job Description
Are you looking to grow your career in investment operations within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment At L&G Asset Management were seeking an Operations Analyst to support our expanding Private Credit business. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust operational framework while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the implementation of governance policies and procedures across Private Credit
- Assisting with deal pipeline queries and transaction processing between front office and operations
- Acting as a liaison between investment teams and outsourced service providers
- Creating and maintaining investment records and reporting on AUM and performance
- Participating in internal and external audit reviews and coordinating information requests
- Contributing to small change projects and supporting operational improvements
- Responding to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting risk analysis activities
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards the Investment Management Certificate
- Experience in financial markets particularly with debt instruments and fund accounting
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing in a dynamic environment
- A proactive adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
