- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Review and verify employee expense reports and claims.
- Maintain and update employee records including benefits and other relevant data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay benefits and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager.
- Support onboarding by setting up new employee payroll profiles.
- Ensure compliance with tax social security and other relevant regulations.
- Provide support to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager and other team members as needed.

- Hold a Payroll Specialist/Administrator certificate or a CIPP Payroll Management qualification.
- Have 3 years of prior experience in payroll.
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Are proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
