Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist Global Wallet Business - (Fintech) to join the Fintech Vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. Youll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across 70 countries.
As a part of the Global Wallet Business team you will anchor the strategy drive strategic partnership initiatives and own business results that are driven by closed and open loop wallet features that provide value to Delivery Heros core business and beyond.
In this role you will:
Contribute to the development of Delivery Heros overall wallet strategy including but not limited to defining group level strategy financial modeling and commercial due diligence
Develop deep understanding of Delivery Heros consumers riders and vendors and how their unmet needs can be fulfilled by leveraging the capabilities of closed and open loop wallets
Build solid understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable for closed and open loop wallets and associated business models across Delivery Hero markets
Build effective business cases to support prioritisation of wallet initiatives that drive maximum value
Work with Product Management and Tech teams at Delivery Hero regional teams and market teams to drive the launch and scale up of Delivery Heros wallet business across Delivery Hero markets through effective project management
Devise and implement go-to-market strategies for wallet features across Delivery Hero markets and own the global wallet related KPIs proactively identifying areas of improvement and working with cross-functional stakeholders to execute these improvements
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in Fintech or similar domain ( Banking sector or Financial Services) with a focus on driving digital innovation and scalable financial solutions.
Strong analytics skills with hands on experience of building financial models to drive business decisions
Experience of driving wallet user growth and engagement by working with product and marketing teams
Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of engaging with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with ability to structure complex data and information into meaningful stories
Nice to have:
Experience of directly working on wallet related projects
Data querying skills with SQL or BigQuery is a strong advantage
Experience of working in a multi-geography set-up
