You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Operations Processes Specialist who is responsible for analyzing improving and optimizing the commercial operations processes across Dmarts in all markets. The manager will deliver tools set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and foster best practices to streamline operations ensure process alignment and support the achievement of business goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead process assessments to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the commercial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with business objectives.
Design and implement best practices for the commercial team to drive operational excellence.
Implementation and optimization of tools and systems to enhance the productivity of commercial teams (e.g. reporting dashboards driving product requests to improve on functionalities of existing tools).
Develop document and implement SOPs for all commercial operations processes ensuring consistency efficiency and alignment across the organization.
Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business needs technology or industry standards.
Train relevant teams on new SOPs ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to operational standards.
Develop and monitor success metrics to track the effectiveness of commercial operations processes.
Lead and manage commercial operations improvement projects from inception through to successful execution and ongoing monitoring.
Drive change management initiatives related to new processes and tool doption within the commercial team. Support the transition to new processes and ensure that changes are effectively communicated and managed across relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in commercial operations process improvement or business operations management preferably in a commercial or sales-driven environment.
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs process flows and best practices within a commercial or sales team.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior leadership and team members.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across functions.
Ability to think critically and approach complex business challenges with structured data-driven solutions and strong attention to detail with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
