Ensure billing accuracy and compliance by working with billing platforms such as Stripe 2CO Chargebee Cleverbridge and Paddle for advanced troubleshooting.
Monitor the accuracy of deals in the CRM ensuring correct pricing subscription terms and billing details before finalisation.
Prevent involuntary churn by tracking accounts ensuring payments go through and resolving declined transactions.
Analyse churn reasons and provide insights for retention strategies.
Evaluate deals and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure proper pricing and billing terms.
Adjust product settings to assist customers with their purchase experience.
Collaborate with billing providers and internal teams (Support Customer Success and Sales) to handle escalations efficiently.
Support operational efficiency by following internal processes and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks.
Qualifications :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience working with billing platforms and troubleshooting payment-related issues.
Ability to monitor and validate deal accuracy in CRM to ensure correct billing data.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.
Prior experience in a customer support operations or billing-related role is highly preferred.
