Were on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team at MINT Residential on a 12-month contract. Based in our Melbourne CBD office youll be part of a small supportive team thats backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.
Youll be managing a boutique portfolio of properties - giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control without the overwhelm. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and your career can thrive with very limited Saturday work required.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels Avani Hotels)
- Manage incoming rental enquiries always providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct open routine entry and exit inspections as required
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
- Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
- A current Estate Agents Licence
- Hands-on trust accounting experience is essential
- Minimum 4 years experience in Property Management
- Proficient in property management software (e.g. Property Me Console) highly desirable
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants owners and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of property management procedures including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
