About The Role
Reporting to the Restoration Manager or site technicians the Restoration Cleaner/Labourer is responsible for the support work in remediation and restoration services from small claims through to major loss insurance claims. In conjunction with our construction teams the Restoration Cleaner/Labourer will carry out tasks such as builders cleans and supporting the technical restoration building strip outs and restoration treatments on site. It is predominantlya multi-site-based role working on site-based building and contents restoration works dealing with customers and utilising specialised equipment. Initial onsite training is provided along with formal accreditation training available.
Qualifications
- Full Drivers License and Construction /industry White Card
Key Professional Skills:
- Demonstrated history experience and or willingness to learn within the cleaning and/or building industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with people across various skill levels
Key Attributes:
- Customer service skills and good communication skills are essential as this role will be onsite dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Most importantly a strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn
