| Purpose |
| Develops and supervises the execution of the Preventive and predictiveMaintenance plan of the automated and robotic systems across theindustrial facility. Manages repairs and related services for roboticpreventive maintenance emergency repairs and overall plantperformance. Supports the Engineering Automation area in the researchand assessment of the best equipment available and the startup of newpieces of equipment ensuring safety quality and productivity of thework performed. |
| Main Responsibilities |
| Evaluates the efficiency and reliability of industrial robotic systemsreprogramming or calibrating to achieve maximum quantity and quality. |
| Defines with the support of Maintenance Engineering and according to theequipment criticality assessment the maintenance policies applicable tothe equipment under his/her responsibility and needed to comply withthe maintenance performance goals. |
| Defines develops and executes maintenance inspection and maintenanceplans in quality and quantity to achieve the maintenance performancegoals assigned to the his/her area of responsibility. |
| Defines develops and executes PIN-Plans and Environmental-Plans inquality and quantity to comply with the general and specific safety andwellbeing of people installations and equipment in his/her area ofresponsibility. |
| Defines develops and executes Q-Plans in quality and quantity tocomply with the general and specific quality objectives and proceduresin his/her area of responsibility. |
| Actively performes failure and root cause analysis. Establishes andexecutes the proper corrective action plan to eliminate or reduce theroot causes. Promotes knowledge-sharing regarding these events amongother Tenaris mills. |
| Defines develops and executes master plans to continuously improve themaintenance performance focusing in safety reliability andmaintainability. |
| Programs the necessary maintenance activities in Plant Maintenance Daysand Extraordinary Repairs to achieve the maintenance performance goalsand determine according to inspection plans maintenance plans masterplans and failures/root cause analysis action plans. |
| Guarantees the availability of critical spare parts ensuring minimumstock (while optimizing storage costs) and though the spare partcriticality analysis focusing on standardization. |
| Keeps the technical records updated in the maintenance management system(SAP PM). |
| Proposes and participates in the redesign of machines and/or componentswith the Maintenance Engineering support seeking improvements insafety reliability and maintainability. |
| Comply with HSE procedures. Reports incident and acidents. Performinspections and observations. participate in the investigation the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the riskanalysis and the environmental aspect assessment. |
| Proactively motivates coaches communicates with and develops his/herstaff and manage HR related activities in line with Human Resourcesnorms and procedures. Protect from damage theft or misuse thefacilities equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/herarea. |
