Job Description
Responsible for oversight of the Client Services Department or Patient Service Centers under the direction of the Saint Lukes Regional Laboratories (SLRL) Manager Outreach Services.
- Trains new staff.
- Edits and reviews timecards.
- Revises procedure manuals.
- Assists SLRL Manager Outreach Services in establishing staff performance criteria for customer service and telephone etiquette timeliness of problem resolution and compliance with department processes.
- Serves as a resource for escalation of problem issues by the Client Services associates.
- Monitors performance of laboratory couriers.
- Monitors and guides organization and protocols for stocking and delivery of supplies.
