R.S.M.C. Services is actively recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced General Dentists with strong Endodontic skills. This is an exceptional opportunity for dental professionals seeking clinical autonomy leadership growth and excellent financial rewards.
Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed Salary: $350000 annually (full-time)
- Per Diem: $1000/day
- Production-Based: 45% of gross profit
- Average Daily Production: $9000
- Incentives: Mileage and hotel reimbursement

Your Role
- Perform 100% Endodontic procedures (no general dentistry)
- Diagnose and treat diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Provide high-quality patient care aligned with top dental ethics
- Maintain professional affiliations and local community presence
Qualification
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completed ADA-accredited Endodontic residency or
- General Dentist with advanced Endo training and 100% Endo experience
- Skilled in molar Endo Endo retreatment and microscope use
- US Citizenship required (foreign-trained Endodontists welcome)
