OVERVIEWAssist Case Managers with routine paperwork verifies client job searches data entry intake set up for new clients andgeneral clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support promote and adhere to the mission values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.
- Reflect Intervention Inc.s commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Complete written reports concerning clients
- Create scheduled events for new intakes in Etrac(electronic database)
- Verify job search form for all clients via telephone record results in Etrac inform case managers of negative results and distribute forms to case managers
- Verify DNA and Restitution through Probation enter results into Etrac
- Verify VRA cases through probation or the DA notify case manager if a victim is registered forward any contact information received as needed
- Enter client data into electronic database accurately timely and completely
- Complete clerical and filing duties as directed by the Case Management Supervisor
- Communicate and interact professionally with all outside agencies and employers
- Communicate information to other internal staff timely accurately and completely
- Monitor drug and alcohol tests as required
- Assist case management and administrative staff with clerical tasks and data entry as requested.
- Assist in case manager facilitated groups as required
- May pick up clients at jail
- Drive personal car to court jail and/or other sites as required including in adverse weather
- Attend required trainings and meetings and apply skills and knowledge.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- May audit case manager files
- Good steward of Company human financial and capital resources.
- Participate effectively as a team member through communication cooperation information sharing and problem solving.
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from accredited two-year college or technical school; AND six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to enter data generate reports and create communications from variety of software programs and databases
- Understanding of basic professional office standards and skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm in stressfulsituations
- Knowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Company staff stakeholders and with diverse client base.
- Must pass a criminal history record check through the Division of Criminal Justice.
