We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part Time Staff Reservation Officer to join our team in Mai Khao Thailand. As a key member of our hospitality team you will be responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process for our valued customers.
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone email and online booking platforms
- Process and confirm guest reservations accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed information about room types rates and available amenities
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs when possible
- Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
- Generate reports on occupancy rates and reservation trends as needed
- Upsell room upgrades and additional services when appropriate
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of property features local attractions and ongoing promotions
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- Hospitality management degree or certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards (preferred)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Advanced in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Thai Nationality only.
