JOB TITLE: Commercial Sales Food Sector
COMPANY PROFILE:
A well-established Cash & Carry business located in the Gothenburg area specialising in the import and wholesale of Middle Eastern food products such as spices dairy items canned goods and legumes. The company holds exclusive distribution rights for several international brands in Europe and manages its own packaging and logistics from an in-house warehouse.
This position is for an international company that recently acquired an entity in Sweden. The role aims to further develop commercial activities and support the companys plans to expand across the Nordics.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the growing commercial team the Commercial Sales professional will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships across Sweden and the Nordics. This includes (but not limited to):
Managing and increasing sales with key accounts and new customers
Supporting the company in developing strategic commercial plans
Building long-term partnerships and securing exclusive agreements with clients
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Reporting to the head office in the Netherlands
PROFILE:
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a background in FMCG and a solid understanding of the food industry in Sweden and the Nordics. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in growing customer networks managing accounts and working in a dynamic multicultural business environment.
Fluency in Swedish and Arabic (this language combination is a must).
Good business English
Understanding of Arabic food culture and the Swedish market
SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Salary indication: from 50000 SEK per month attractive bonus depending on knowledge and experience. Secondary benefits according to Swedish standards.
The recruitment process includes:
Initial selection and meeting with a recruiter from Beyondo
A digital meeting with the recruiter in the Netherlands
Final onsite meeting with the CEO and management team in the Netherlands
