WHAT YOULL DO
As an Area Controller you will play a key role in driving sales and profit goals across your designated area ensuring that stores provide an exceptional customer experience. Acting as a leader with a strong analytical focus you will coach and support the Area Team and store management on controlling topics enabling business growth. Your role will also involve ensuring that operations comply with legal requirements H&M standards policies and procedures to meet the expectations of both customers and colleagues.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As part of the Area Team you will collaborate with various stakeholders including Store Management the Country Controller HR and Merchandising. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all stores in your area perform at their best and that operational strategies are in line with country goals.
You will also partner with the Area Team to identify develop and train talent helping to foster a collaborative environment where performance can thrive.

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The role is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
