About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Integration Engineer to join our Technology team and lead the development of our AI-powered GRC platform. The role demands a solid blend of AI/ML data engineering cloud technologies and full-stack development (Laravel preferred). Youll work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to build enhance and scale intelligent risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven integrations for cloud risk event data (AWS Azure GCP)
- Build robust data pipelines for ingestion transformation and compliance automation
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models for risk prediction and anomaly detection
- Integrate APIs and external platforms for seamless data flow
- Build drag-and-drop features and user-defined fields in a multi-tenant system
- Collaborate with GRC stakeholders and product teams for solution design
- Ensure scalability security and high-performance architecture
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure continuous technical improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML cloud platforms and full-stack development
- Experience working with Laravel (PHP) Python Java or Scala
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Proficiency in Spark Hadoop SQL/NoSQL databases
- Front-end experience with HTML CSS JavaScript React/Vue/Angular
- Experience with multi-tenant systems GRC frameworks (NIST ISO) and Agile methodologies
