Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Bid Manager with 810 years of experience to lead strategic bids and proposals across multi-year multi-practice managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in presales deal anchoring solution sales and commercial structuring along with strong capabilities in renewals contract negotiation and cross-sell/up-sell strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end bid lifecycle including RFI RFP and RFQ responses.
  2. Anchor deal strategy and collaborate with sales delivery legal finance and solution teams to shape winning proposals.
  3. Drive solution engineering efforts and ensure alignment with client needs and delivery capabilities.
  4. Structure and negotiate commercial models pricing and contract terms.
  5. Manage renewals and proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  6. Ensure compliance quality and timely submission of all bid documents.
  7. Maintain a repository of reusable content templates and best practices.
  8. Conduct win/loss analysis and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 810 years of experience in bid management presales or solution consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of solution engineering commercial modeling and contract negotiation.
  • Proven experience in multi-year multi-practice managed services deals.
  • Deep understanding of AMS (Application Management Services) and ITIL v4 frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex bids across geographies and service lines.
  • Excellent written communication skills with hands-on experience in authoring RFX responses.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT services consulting or technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with global delivery models and enterprise sales cycles.
  • APMP or equivalent bid management certification is a plus.
