Job Description

In this role you will
- Lead and oversee the architectural design of Java and PL/SQL based modernization projects including cloud migration microservices adoption and legacy system transformation.
- Work closely with clients to assess their current infrastructure application portfolios and pain points to define strategic modernization plans.
- Develop and document solution architectures providing clear roadmaps for the migration of legacy systems to new scalable platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented with best practices in coding security and performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to both internal and client teams on best practices in modern application architecture Java technologies and system integration.
- Guide and participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) development helping clients visualize the future state of their applications.
- Facilitate workshops technical sessions and presentations for clients to build consensus and ensure alignment on architectural decisions.
Qualifications :
- 5 years prior experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
- Prior experience as a hands on Java developer
- Intimate knowledge of architectural patterns and best practice
- Application Modernisation experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
