Job Description

Job Title: Growth and Sales Lead

Location: Espoo Tampere (other locations in Finland can be considered)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Sales Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business development efforts managing client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a strategic mindset and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Purpose of the Role: The Growth and Sales Lead is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our organization by leading sales and business development activities. This role aims to enhance our market position expand our client base and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. By fostering strong client relationships and collaborating across departments the Growth and Sales Lead will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales and Business Development Activities: Guide the entire sales process from identifying promising leads to shaping comprehensive proposals and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Identification maintaining and follow up of Key Clients to maintain proper insights in market trends client needs and commercial market developments
  • Definition identification and follow up of strategic pipeline and must win opportunities to insure development in accordance with service line strategy
  • If relevant include adjacent spearhead strategic opportunities in strategic pipeline and be responsible for optimized collaboration
  • Overseeing and following must win opportunity strategy in tender phase to ensure the strategy really reaches the client.
  • Maintaining and monitoring pipeline size in all stages to ensure future growth making sure proper actions are taken to secure pipeline balance

Key Metrics:

  1. Maintain balance and grow the overall pipeline in accordance to set targets
  2. Secure win percent at set target for pipeline
  3. Maintain and grow the order book and book to bill at set target
  4. CLS response rates and scores

  • Leadership and Coordination: Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills to manage the sales process and lead business development activities.
  • Business Development Expertise: Possess expertise in business development efforts to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exhibit the ability to think strategically and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Fluent English and conversational Finnish language skills
  • Readiness to travel
