Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in this pivotal role you will orchestrate the seamless operation of the CEOs office within a dynamic fast-paced environment. Beyond traditional executive support you will expertly blend strategic coordination and project management to amplify the CEOs effectiveness and empower timely informed decision-making. This is a Permanent Full Time position based in our Group Head Office in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Strategically orchestrate the CEOs dynamic calendar expertly prioritizing high-impact meetings and seamlessly managing travel logistics to optimize efficiency and drive strategic alignment
  • Manage the CEOs inbox meticulously triaging critical communications and crafting high-quality correspondence that reflects the CEOs voice and vision
  • Drive significant strategic projects and initiatives from conception to completion working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Cultivate a welcoming and highly efficient environment within the Melbourne Group Office overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure a premium workspace experience
  • Forge and nurture influential relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders becoming a trusted point of contact and collaboration
