Skills And Experiences

In this role youll play a vital part in implementing and managing our risk management processes and frameworks ensuring compliance efficiency and seamless collaboration across teams You will also:
- Lead and enhance our Major Hazard Program ensuring critical controls are identified and continuously verified.
- Develop and maintain the HSE Risk Management Framework tools and processes.
- Facilitate comprehensive HSE Risk Assessments including Bowtie analysis and team-based risk evaluations.
- Develop educational material and resources to promote awareness and understanding of risk management.
- Accountable for implementation of risk strategies and performance of critical controls.
- Embed HSE Risk Registers for regulatory compliance.
- Foster a strong safety culture through coaching training and leadership engagement.
- Monitor and analyse risk data and effectiveness prepare reports to Senior Management.
- Coordinate safety programs audits and communications with operational leaders and frontline teams.
Be part of the solution
- Bachelors degree in Health and Safety Risk Management Engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in risk management preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies industry standards and critical control management principles.
- Excellent leadership strategic thinking communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in risk management software and data analytics tools is an advantage.
