What youll do:
Communicate with customers suppliers and associates to drive business plans and operational improvements.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders providing feedback and growth opportunities.
Oversee HR functions including hiring payroll and associate relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Champion company programs and serve as a community liaison.
