Don Hattan Derby is hiring motivated friendly people to join our team as Sales Consultants. You dont need prior car sales experienceif youve sold anything before we want to talk to you. Our team includes former bartenders servers call center reps solar sales reps personal trainers pastors tech sales and more.
Nervous about making a change
Those new to the industry can start as a Trainee with a guaranteed base salary plus commission. You dont have to move to a fully commissioned pay plan until YOU are ready. Top performers can make $80000$130000 per year and can earn a monthly vehicle allowance.

What Youll Do:
- Contact and follow up with leads by phone text and email
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing clearly and fairly
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about new vehicle models and features

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
