In this pivotal role youll be more than an HR partner youll be a coach and developer of people. Youll work side-by-side with managers to build leadership capacity guide performance and create a positive employee experience that reflects the values of our Catholic faith. Youll bring both strategic insight and day-to-day HR expertise to support our dedicated team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coach and support supervisors to grow as leaders
- Guide employee development and performance conversations
- Help managers navigate staffing hiring and retention with excellence
- Support engagement training and workforce initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and organizational growth
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending HR best practices.
- Leverage the HCM (Paylocity) to review workforce data and analyze trends in order to support proactive HR strategies.
ABOUT YOU:
- 57 years of broad HR experience (Generalist/Manager level) including coaching staff development and employee relations.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
- Practicing Catholic with a commitment to EWTNs mission.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field.

Manager
