Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be at the forefront of our customer experience acting as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your main objective will be to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were satisfactorily resolved.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and also independently when required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
