As part of our expansion were seeking a Project Engineer to join our Program Services Group-a pivotal entry point for candidates pursuing careers in project management field supervision or estimating.
The Project Engineer will assist with hyperscale and mission-critical programs working alongside PMs Superintendents and Estimators. Youll engage in document control field coordination cost tracking and quality assurance on fast-paced projects-supporting our commitment to serving client needs in the growing mission-critical industry.
Coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to support field-work installation and commissioning.
Manage RFIs submittals change notices permits document transmittals and as-builts with precision.
Maintain budget and schedule logs assisting PM and Superintendent with cost control and procurement tracking.
Participate in testing inspection punch-list resolution and quality assurance activities.
Support data collection and reporting: daily logs progress photos and coordination summaries.
Foster relationships with clients vendors and authorities-ensuring communication clarity on deliverables.
Promote safety and compliance in alignment with company and site requirements.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
13 years of construction experience ideally in data center or mission-critical projects.
Familiarity with structured cabling MEP systems commissioning and turnover deliverables.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore Bluebeam MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
Strong communication problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Motivation to develop multi-disciplinary expertise-estimating field supervision project controls.
Ability to coordinate high-performance systems installation and support commissioning processes.
Willingness to work on active sites with occasional travel.
A clear career path into Project Management Superintendency or Estimating.
Mentorship in bestinclass data center delivery methods.
