3rd Processing Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing verifying and maintaining records on all shipments and inventory control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.
- Promote a safe environment following state federal and company safety standards.
- Produce products that meet or exceed the customers (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide positive people oriented work environment designed to build morale.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.
- Good interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word Excel Outlook).
- SAP experience a plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferred
