Key Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care services with a compassionate relationship-based approach.
- Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to provide high-quality care.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and the local Memphis community.
- Mentor and help develop support staff through ongoing training and collaboration.
- Manage a varying caseload including urgent care surgeries and appointments during clinic hours.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active veterinary license in good standing in Tennessee (or the ability to obtain one).
