Job Description

Monomoy Regional School District is seeking to hire a Long Term Substitute Instructional Assistant for Harwich Elementary School starting August 27 2025 through December 19 Requirements are: Minimum of high school diploma having an associates degree (or completion of at least two years of college) is preferred. The successful candidate needs to possess a want and desire to support students academically socially and emotionally in an inclusive positions work with students with behavior challenges medical needs and significant cognitive salary is based on Step 1 of the MREA Unit B Collective Bargaining Agreement $24.61/hour.
