Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate the dishwashing equipment to ensure that all china glass and silver are cleaned thoroughly.
- Replace all clean china glass and silver in their proper storage location using care to minimize damage.
- Wash pots pans and kitchen utensils following proper procedures for their cleanliness and sanitation and store them in their proper location.
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and restaurant.
- Empty garbage from F&B areas and public spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness off all BOH and trash areas.
- Ensures work areas remain safe clean and orderly adhering to all company local and state guidelines regarding health safety and sanitation.
- Is a team player and interacts with all guests and fellow associates in a positive and friendly manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management of which employee is capable of performing
- Each associate will be required to follow the rules as found in the M&R Employee Handbook
Requirements:

- Prolonged periods walking or standing.
- Must be able to lift carry and place up to 60 pounds at a time.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
