Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow blueprints construction drawings and specifications
• Build and install formwork for concrete foundations and structural components
• Cut shape and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Set embedded items such as anchor bolts and steel plates
• Perform rebar tying and rod busting work as needed
• Collaborate with other trades to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and OSHA-compliant job site

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of concrete carpentry experience including formwork and foundation work
• Rod busting/rebar tying experience preferred
• Proficient with carpentry tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to read construction blueprints
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test E-Verify and background check
• Strong work ethic safety-minded and attention to detail
