IT Project Manager
Aversan Inc.() is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.
We are currently seeking a qualifiedIT Project Managerto join our team. The Project Manager will lead a large-scale office relocation initiative in the Greater Toronto Area overseeing the planning coordination and execution of IT infrastructure and AV system transitions while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT Facilities and Business Units
Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure timely high-quality delivery
Oversee the migration of IT infrastructure including servers networks and AV/meeting room equipment
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the move
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
Support post-relocation troubleshooting and system validation
Maintain detailed documentation of schedules equipment lists and changes
Ensure all systems are fully operational post-move
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on office relocations
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure networking and AV systems
Experience developing detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PMP PRINCE2 is preferred or equivalent project management certification
Availability during non-standard hours (evenings/weekends) during critical phases
Ability to travel between multiple office locations and navigate server rooms/lab environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lab or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare aerospace biotech)
Familiarity with meeting room booking systems and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams Zoom Crestron)
Experience with inventory management and equipment logistics
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
Experience supporting post-relocation user support and troubleshooting
