You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Sitecore App Developer focused on support you will provide day-to-day operational support for Sitecore applications ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive performance monitoring. You will troubleshoot and debug Sitecore-related issues across various environments working to maintain system stability and user satisfaction. Your role includes implementing patches upgrades and configuration changes to keep the platform secure and up to date.
You will be an SME working very closely with our end client involved in adding new features maintaining the existing codes providing solutions ensuring they are aligned with business goals and technical standards. You will customize Sitecore components including templates layouts and workflows to meet specific business requirements. Integration with third-party systems such as CRM platforms Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and analytics services will be a key part of your role requiring strong API and system design skills.
Collaboration is key and you will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of Sitecore solutions. You will maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures configurations and known issues to facilitate efficient knowledge sharing and continuity. Monitoring application logs and analytics will be part of your routine to identify and resolve potential problems before they impact users.
Additionally you will respond to user inquiries offering technical guidance on Sitecore functionality and participate in on-call support rotations and incident management processes to ensure consistent and reliable application performance.
