Job Description

Cbus Property is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Customer & Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Customer & Marketing this role will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing initiatives maintaining corporate website content and social media posts managing deadlines assist in event management assist with settlements and corporate initatives and day-to-day operations.

Acting as a backbone for the team this role requires a blend of excellent organisational skills attention to detail the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and a proactive attitude. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing activities from event planning to digital marketing making it a perfect stepping stone for a career in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Brand and Events Manager ensuring all published content is consistent and reflects the corporate and project brand directions including fonts layout artwork and tone of voice including:

  • Manage timelines and work-flows.
  • Basic graphic design solutions for print and digital mediums.
  • Coordinate corporate and project events.
  • Coordinate and drive deadlines to meet award submissions.
  • Implement manage monitor the organisations website and social media channels ensuring quality control is kept to a high standard.

Support Project Marketing Team with daily project requirements including:

  • Manage project & media timelines to ensure a smooth efficient workflow.
  • Set up and test eDMs.
  • Maintain file management for marketing collateral and photography.
  • Monitor display suites and apartments ensuring they are operational and quality is maintained. Including monthly visits to review cleanliness drinks brochures and plans stock is maintained and technology is operational.
  • Implement manage monitor project content on corporate website ensuring accuracy of information is maintained.

Support Customer Experience Team with daily project requirements including:

  • Support settlement process including booking appointments conducting post-settlement inspections and settlement pack-handovers.
  • Assist with co-ordination of events and purchaser requests.
  • Set up and test purchaser update eDMs ensuring approvals process is managed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be agile responsive and enjoy the challenge of supporting a busy team.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable in all situations to achieve the best outcome.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective relationship management skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
