Assists the Assistant Manager in supervising hiring evaluating training assigning duties and coaching the student employees and merit staff as assigned. Supervises operational set-up a variety of food service duties/ responsibilities and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment. Monitors financials cash register procedures and cash handling.
Rotational schedule. 9:00am -5:30pm three days a week with a 10:30am -7:00pm twice a week. Sunday - Friday with Saturday and an additional rotating day off. Work hours and location will vary based on need.
