Job Description

CT Scan Technologist Per DiemJob Description:
- Performs all CT scans including image-guided procedures in a manner that ensures studies produced are of appropriate technical quality and are produced in a timely manner consistent with departmental goals and objectives.
- Utilizes the ALARA principle.
- Ensures high quality delivery of appropriate general patient care.
- Call and holiday shift rotation required per department requirements.
- Two shifts required per month
- Maintain competencies required for specific patient population served and adheres to NEBH protocols with regard to procedures and workflow
- Provide effective communication with other segments of the hospital necessary for patient care and workflow.
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- 1 year of experience preferred
Education/Certification:
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Valid ARRT registration MA license
- AHA Heartsaver or BLS certified
