Project Manager - Commercial HVAC Construction

Responsible forgeneral oversight of multiple commercial HVAC construction projects. The Project Manager will oversee all elements ofthe project from planning through completion including monitoring job progressmanage personnel review and approve major equipment purchases and trackfinancial and profitability of jobs. Weare looking for a smart organized and thoughtful professional who works in acollaborative manner with our team our clients and other trades. The PM will manage multiple projects rangingin size from $100K through several million dollars.

EssentialDuties (not all inclusive):

Manage delivery of the project per the contractdocuments and client requirements.

Create and manage schedule and budget toappropriate milestones.

Write sub-contracts and purchase orders forsub-trades and materials.

Prepare and review submittals.

Forecast and manage flow of labor and materialsthroughout the job.

Review and negotiate RFIs and change orders.

Review job costs billings and WIP projections.

Coordinate close-out including startupcommissioning training and turnover.

Develop and nurture relationships with customersincluding owners and GCs.

ExperienceRequired:

Five (5) years as a project manager for a commercialmechanical contractor with track record of successful jobs at budgeted orbetter margins.

Five (5) years of HVAC installation fieldexperience preferred.

Understand mechanical systems and appropriatecodes.

Knowledge and experience of construction designand finance.

Excellent written and oral communication andinterpersonal skills.

Experience and literacy in Procore Excel WordOutlook MS Project etc.

Ability to negotiate effectively.

Great customer service and a team attitude.

Attention to detail.

Self-starter with strong work ethic.
