Job Description
As a Public Area Attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Some responsibilities are:
- Dusting disinfecting and cleaning of all public areas
- Restocking of toilet paper and paper towels
- Monitors and restock supplies needed in stock closet
- Sweeping and moping all floors
- Maintaining all glass and mirror areas clean
- Clean ashtrays and trash in public areas
- Clean and maintain all offices located in lobby and sales areas
- Report any engineering problems immediately to supervisor and or centralized department locations
- Places trash in specific areas for pick up
- Vacuum areas with rugs
- Other duties may be assigned

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e. hot cold wet humid etc.)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible working hours able to work on weekends holidays and evenings
