Salary Range: $80000.00 to $155000.00 annually bonus benefits

How will you make an impact in this role

Do you have a strong interest in managing relationships with leaders banking operations in support of the firms strategic priorities

We are looking for a manager to:

American Express Enterprise Bank Servicing Network (BSN) Support team includes project management team who lead and manage strategic banking initiatives including the implementation of the new RCSA framework. A banking audit and exam support team who are accountable for leading banking exams/audits/reviews. MIS team who is accountable for operations reporting and development of KPIs/KRIs. We are looking for a manager to join the team with a strong interest in supporting our strategic priorities by ensuring structured and effective engagement with our stakeholders operations regulatory compliance and operational excellence teams in response to evolving regulatory and exam objectives. This role will be responsible for leading a team of quality analysts to report case quality and identify and execute process improvement initiatives. Furthermore leading monetary control analysts who are responsible for monitoring and approving banking wires/checks and controls are adhered to.
