- Maintain compliance using internal office systems
- Update and organize key data points
- Communicate daily with customers clients and project managers
- Work as a team to achieve exceptional customer service
The ideal Coordinator is:
- Detail-oriented
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hardworking reliable organized
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
- Excellent at oral and written communication
Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and/or office administration preferred but not required
- Clean background check

The position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:00 with occasional opportunities to work additional hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
