- Provide engaging structured and high-energy training sessions tailored to each clients goals.
- Design and implement fitness or sport-specific programs for youth and adult clients.
- Modify sessions based on age ability and physical needs.
- Foster a safe and supportive training environment.
- Track client progress and provide regular feedback.
- Set up and clean up training space and equipment.
- Maintain open communication with clients and/or parents.
- Represent the company at community events camps or promotions.
- Commit to a consistent training schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
- Must have a current NASM or ACE certification in personal training or a related discipline.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Passion for fitness sports and youth development.
- Experience working with children or individual clients is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated dependable and organized.
- Must pass a background check.

About Us
Lil Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada Lil Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more thanparticipants over the past 20 years.
