Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Process Staff Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes ensuring compliance and providing technical expertise to address process-related issues often acting as a right hand to engineering leadership. A Process Staff Engineer will be assigned technically to work on either WDMCL SMD PSC Cassette Washer OSA or Auto titrator for yield cost quality pph Improvement etc and take charge for any Customer Feedback related to the said processes. The assigned Roles and Responsibility may be changed depending on the organization business need.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Material Science Engineering or Physics.
PREFERRED
- Candidate with Media Cleaning experience/knowledge/OSA equipment will be an added advantages.
SKILLS
- Communication Skills - Ability to clearly explain ideas both verbally and in writing
- Problem-Solving Ability -Thinking critically about challenges and proposing workable solutions
- Teamwork and Collaboration-Willingness to work with different kinds of people (cross-functional teams).
