Summary of our Role
Were looking for an Associate Director with a Medical Communications / Science background to join us on a ten-month fixed term contract. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking and client leadership. Youll be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service across a small portfolio of healthcare accounts.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing:
- Leading strategic direction across multiple client accounts
Providing senior counsel and building trusted client relationships - Overseeing the development of integrated communications programmes
- Managing and mentoring account teams fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Driving organic growth and leading new business pitches
- Ensuring financial health of accounts through accurate forecasting and budget management
- Championing innovation and best practices across the agency
- Staying ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and healthcare developments

- You have at least one year of experience as a Senior Account Director in a healthcare communications agency and significant experience working on MedComms projects
