Job Description
- Assist with collecting verifying and maintaining accurate employee information in payroll and HR systems
- Support payroll processes including data reconciliation Record of Employment (ROE) issuance and year-end activities
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and prepare standard employment-related documents
- Aid in organizing and maintaining confidential payroll records including support for audit preparation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with privacy and data protection policies
- Participate in process improvement activities and stay informed about basic payroll regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration Accounting Human Resources or a related field
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) or working towards designation
- Basic understanding of payroll processes or HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
