This is a part-time overnight position with the potential to become full-time working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities:

• Develop care plans and participate in the review of care plans as requested
• Provide nursing services per an established care plan
• Communicate pertinent resident information to supervising RN physicians family and/or other appropriate personnel
• Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments
• Provide support assistance direction and supervision to other nursing staff as needed
• Accurately complete admission weekly follow-up and discharge charting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current license in good standing as an RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota
• CPR certification and first aid training
• Previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fields
• Experience with memory loss a plus
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
