Job Title
Software Development Engineer in Test - Java AI JavaScript JSON RESTful APIs and Postman Exp. PreferredAbout your role:
The SDET will work with cross-functional teams to scale testing capabilities through the implementation of automation and leveraging non-test resources (i.e. BAs Developers Architects Integrators Partners and Support). The successful candidate will possess strong Software Development Technical Leadership Communication and Troubleshooting skills.
What youll do:
Execution of detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Identify report and track software defects to resolution.
Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
- Delivers quality Software Components by developing robust Regression Tests
- Minimizes Regression issues through System Level (End-to-End) Tests

Experience youll need to have:
- Bachelors degree in technical field (Engineering and/or Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- 3 years hands-on software and/or test development experience
- 3 years Fintech banking experience (loan servicing deposit operations card processing and/or interface development)
- Experience with the following specifications/languages/frameworks:Java AI JavaScript JSON RESTful APIs and Postman
- General experience with the following applications is a plus: Swagger JMeter GitLab PostgreSQL pgAdmin Datadog AWS Jira Confluence
Experience that would be great to have:
- Passion for technology/strong technical analysis skills
- Developing and/or testing SaaS Applications
- HTTP API Routing Frameworks/Webservices
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
- Excellent Debugging and Troubleshooting skills.
- Monitoring Code Coverage
Understanding of software development lifecycles
Certification in software testing methodologies
