Description
Positions with a Purpose: Exceptional People Extraordinary Care! Clarity Care is Looking For You!Starting pay up to $17.50/hr based on experience!
Responsibilities
- Role Modeland coach for clients regarding developing and using effective problem solving decision-making conflict resolutions independent living skills and responsibilities.
- Learn skills and needsof clients to assist clients in implementing goals and objectives in their employment setting. Provide training demonstration and observation both individually and in group sessions about identified areas.
- Teaches and guidesclients in achieving hopes dreams goals and objectives through self-direction decision-making and goal setting.
- Documentation:Monitors and documents client behaviors in the work place.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid WI drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or that of previous states of residence.
- Must have a reliable phone with voicemail
- Must have email access
