Job Description
- Providing warm welcoming check-ins and efficient check-outs
- Assisting guests with reservations special requests and hotel information
- Ensuring guest privacy and handling concerns with professionalism
- Recommending and upselling hotel services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintaining an organized front desk and handling transactions accurately
- Posting charges processing payments and ensuring accurate billing
- Supporting a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency
- The ability to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
