Job Description
- Financial Management:
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes for the Indonesian markets.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of 2 accountants providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development discussions.
- SAP Expertise:
- Anticipate processes review for migration in SAP FICO.
- Market-specific Knowledge:
- Stay informed about financial trends regulations and market dynamics in the Indonesian coffee industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with market-specific goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the following industries is preferred: soft commodity trading (import/export); agricultural commodity procurement processing and/or manufacturing.
- Experience with multinational company is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrate agility and the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure transparent and efficient financial processes.
- Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to relocate to Bandung.
