Job Description

Employment Type: Full Time 12 Month FTC 

Start Date: Commencing Mid October 2025 

Were looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract starting in October 2025. This role will report to the Director of People Transformation Services & Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Goustos new HRIS platform.

Youll be leading a cross-functional project team through a pivotal transformation from initial kick-off to go-live in October 2026. Its a brilliant opportunity to own a strategic programme with visibility at senior levels real impact across the business and the chance to deliver lasting change. Youll shape our system design build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers and ensure a seamless transition for all users. 

What Youll Do

  • Manage the full HRIS implementation lifecycle from October 2025 to October 2026
  • Lead a cross-functional project team including direct reports ensuring delivery is on time on budget and aligned to scope
  • Work closely with the chosen HRIS provider to align delivery plans and ways of working
  • Represent the People team across Finance Legal and IT; ensuring smooth coordination and strong stakeholder engagement
  • Lead system design decisions with a focus on user experience integration testing and documentation
  • Oversee build and test activities proactively resolving blockers and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Manage the broader impact on our people technology ecosystem adjusting as needed alongside the People team
  • Ensure structured accurate data migration and compliance
  • Drive change management and communication plans that boost adoption and engagement 

Who You Are

  • Experienced in leading HRIS or people tech implementations end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of HRIS platforms integration points and people processes
  • Exceptional project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and building consensus
  • Clear confident communicator who bridges technical and non-technical viewpoints
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp eye on long-term systems architecture and business goals
  • Competent in managing data migration and system validation processes
  • Experienced in leading change and communication strategies to support user enablement 
  • Line management experience leading a small team (1 - 2 direct reports)
  • Confident facilitating training and building capability among both People teams and end users
