What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Selling residential properties
- Generating and winning new business
- Providing exceptional client service
- Working collaboratively to exceed targets
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Managing the full sales process
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Proven sales track record
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented self-motivated and ambitious
- Knowledge of Petersfield area is advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car required
- Professional and proactive approach to Estate Agency
